Our Boxing For Fitness Classes

All our classes employ the same basic non-combative boxing techniques used to train and compete in Boxing, with emphasis on fitness, calorie burning and developing your overall strength & power. Discover what boxers have known for decades, nothing gets you fitter faster or with as much fun.

What If You Have Never Boxed Before?

Perfect, our boxing for fitness classes are for you! Our qualified trainers will have you punching correctly in no time and are challenging for everyone, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or expert.

Boxing For Women

Our classess are high-energy, safe and kept to a small number making these very popular for women wanting to get fitter and healthier away from the crowds of larger gyms.

What Should You Bring?

We rent gloves and supply wraps although we recommend you purchase your own gloves if you want to attend classes regularly to assist with hygiene and comfort. We have a range of gloves and wraps that can be purchased through us at a very reasonable price.

When Are Clases Run?

We currently run one hour classes 6 days per week from Monday to Saturday, see TIMETABLE for more details. For your convenience 121 Fitness Studio has showers and changing room as well as parking available to make a boxing for fitness class easy to fit in to your day!
