Student Boxfit Classes

Student Fitness Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday @ 5pm.

These classes are coached by:

Todd Gray – Amateur Boxer and Gym Owner

During this 1 hour fitness class students will learn:

  • Increase of fitness levels and abilities
  • Drills to increase their hand/eye coordination
  • Attuning of reflexes
  • Non combative skills
  • Exercises for life including cardio
  • Positive geared confidence building

  • Self evaluation including character strengths & positive weaknesses

We here at 121 Fitness Studio welcome students and parents to come into the gym and discuss all the aspects of the Student classes with us. Students and Parents (for under 15 year olds) are required to fill in a registration form with personal and contact details if they wish to be apart of the student classes. We will provide a safe enjoyable environment for the children and we look forward to helping them reach their fitness goals using positive attitudes and valuable life skills.
